The firm is led by Renee Thomson, a proud Wiradjuri woman, strategic advisor, and former Director of Policy for Aboriginal Affairs & Regional Youth NSW. Having spent years advising Premiers, Ministers, and senior executives on complex public policy and structural reform, Renee draws on deep on-the-ground experience across sectors to give clients a distinct structural advantage.
